杜蘭女士，系統工程博士，管理學博士後，博士生導師，廣東省政協委員、廣東省科協常委、廣東省人工智能產業協會創始會長、香港大灣區工商聯執行會長、深商總會駐會會董、人工智能與數字經濟廣東省實驗室（廣州）技術委員會委員、香港科技大學（廣州）成果轉化委員會委員、華大基因獨立董事，曾任科大訊飛高級副總裁，入選"福佈斯中國科技女性榜單"與「財富中國最具影響力的商界女性榜單」， 榮獲全國三八紅旗手、廣東省十大經濟風雲人物、廣東最美科技工作者等。Ms. Du Lan holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and completed her postdoctoral research in Management. She is a doctoral supervisor and holds several prestigious positions, including being a member of the Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, a standing committee member of the Guangdong Association for Science and Technology, the founding president of the Guangdong Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, the Executive Chairman of the Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Federation of Industry and Commerce, a resident director of the Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce (SGCC), and a member of the Technical Committee of the Guangdong Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy (Guangzhou). She also serves as a member of the Technology Transformation Committee at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) and as an independent director at BGI Genomics. Previously, Ms. Du Lan held the position of Senior Vice President at iFLYTEK, a leading Chinese technology company specializing in speech synthesis and recognition.Ms. Du Lan has received numerous prestigious accolades for her contributions to technology and business. She was included in the "Forbes China Technology Women List" and the "Fortune China's Most Influential Businesswomen List." Her awards include the National March 8th Red Banner Hand Award, the Top Ten Economic Figures of Guangdong Province Award, and the Guangdong Most Beautiful Scientist and Technologist Award, among others.

朱皓康說RWA
朱皓康 先生，現任華夏基金(香港)數字資產管理主管和家族財富管理主管，負責比特幣以太幣ETF，基金代幣化和穩定幣現金管理。同時擔任香港數碼港創業顧問委員會委員和Web3創科孵化基金顧問及亞洲RWA工作組創始人。原高盛集團證券部執行董事，在高盛紐約波士頓香港工作期間完成超百個企業上市IPO和二級市場融資。22年起就讀香港理工大學金融科技博士，專研加密學、資產代幣化和DAO治理研究，並創立理大數字資產智庫擔任訪問學者。23年創立亞洲RWA工作組推動現實資產代幣化。曾獨立管理數億美元全球股票對衝基金。指導孵化香港數碼港多個Web3和金融科技公司。24年在中國財政部旗下出版社出版全球首部中文RWA專著《RWA與通證化》，積極參與香港金管局Ensemble和數碼港元項目，給央行數字貨幣、穩定幣和證券型代幣STO相關監管部門建言獻策。Mr. Thomas Zhu is Head of Digital Assets and Head of Family Office Business at China Asset Management (Hong Kong) where he is responsible for cryptocurrency spot ETFs, tokenization of real world assets, stablecoin treasury management, and central bank digital currency sandboxes. Mr. Zhu is currently serving as a member of Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group and vetting judge for Incubation Fund at Cyberport. Previously, he worked as an Executive Director in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs in New York, Boston, and Hong Kong, where he completed over 100 IPOs and financing deals for various companies. Mr. Zhu also independently managed global equity hedge funds. Since 2022, he has been pursuing a Doctor Degree in FinTech at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and founded the PolyU Digital Asset Think Tank as a visiting scholar. In 2023, he established the Asia RWA Work Group to promote the tokenization of real world assets. Mr Zhu also collaborated with asset tokenization companies, along with several major banks and fund companies in Hong Kong, to develop compliant STO products. Mr. Zhu has been providing advice and product architecture for projects related to wholesale and retail CBDCs and stablecoins to policy makers in Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr.Zhu co-authored the world's first Chinese monograph on the tokenization of RWA, published by the publishing house under the Ministry of Finance of China.
